Instead, I will take a deep breath and wait till you read it.  Are you done? Can we talk about it now?

Just keep swimming...

I am just going through a stressful time. Well, don't we all? There is a lot on my mind and a lot on my to-do list. I can deal with all that. The not-knowing breaks me. Right now, I don't know in which country I will be living next month, and that is stressful and scary.    There is only one thing I can do. Just keep swimming...

Hopes and reality clash again

My kind readers, I really hoped to be able to release the next book on the 1st of October. Unfortunately, as always, I am running late. Too much is happening at the same time. I am sorry. My next hope is the 1st of November. Wish me luck and more time dedicated to finishing and formating ;) Thank you for your patience, TH Berry

New Youtube channel

The Mammoth Library launches a new Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNNriMI1ZpzmE6eMWX-p9Ng The main reason to launch this channel is to battle the loneliness many of us feel. Humans naturally belong to a tribe. We need human connection to keep us safe, sain and healthy. Now, during pandemics, our possibilities for socializing shrunk. So let's try to battle the loneliness with technology however we can.  The first video will be published this Wednesday at 17:15. The link: https://youtu.be/JvWGa1uKgNc Do not forget to like and subscribe. Thank you for your support, T.H. Berry

Better late than never

With a small delay (as always), I have sent my second book for edit. Hooray! Now, fresh piece of paper and let's start another! If only life didn't get in the way...

My book about Sherlock Holmes reviewed by fictional characters

How would it look like if fictional characters reviewed my book? Sam Vines (by Terry Pratchett) "Useful book. It is easier to interrogate people who speak the local language." Hercule Poirot (by Agatha Christie) "A lovely way to learn anglais . Interesting story about the second-best detective in the world." Librarian (by Terry Pratchett) "Oook!" Translation: "Well, any book is better than no book." Professor Moriarty (by Sir A.C. Doyle) "If you are stupid enough to need it, it might help..." Dr Watson (by Sir A.C. Doyle) "This adaptation of my work is adequate. There is not much brilliance, but a lot of effort." Hermione Granger (by J.K. Rowling) "This is a brilliant way to learn a foreign language! It will help a lot of people. Even I have learned things about old London." You can leave your own review at https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08TM132BD

The best part of the job

Dear readers,  I am glad you are enjoying my first book. Already finished it? Don't worry. There is another one coming. I have just started my favorite part. Researching every little detail of the story. I usually find strange connections and informations.  Did you know, that first Norway's ambassador to the UK was my favorite polar explorer Fridjof Nansen? He lived on the same London square as the main character of my second book. (Just a small hint for you.) Take care
